Throbbing Thief

Disclaimer: Very Buggy! If any of the NPCs run into each other, you mind is well restart as the game will break. If they don't steal the jewel with 15 seconds, restart.
Controls:
Hold RMB for your scope/LMB to shoot while scoping
Scrollwheel for different scroll levels
Escape to pause or restart

The goal of the game is to stop the jewel thief from escaping with the prize jewel. 

Make sure to shoot him in the heart only when he has the jewel on his back.

Doing before hand will have consequences. The cops have been alerted but he will escape before the cops arrive if you don't step into action.
